8.24.2024: Isn't It Summer?

Hi! Missing all of you!

It's been two weeks of being a missionary for Jesus Christ and i'm loving it!

Last Saturday, we got to go to the temple and it was amazing! Temples are places where we worship God and perform sacred practices. They are also SO beautiful! I felt the power of God so strongly there and was filled with so much joy!

Also, on Saturday, a THUNDERSTORM appeared out of NOWHERE... i was terrified. Apparently that's normal??? But I'm like umm isn't it summer? Guess they do things differently in Utah.

Sunday : everyone in the training center met and had a big devotional and i randomly sat next to two Tongan sisters who are going to be serving in San Jose, CA! I got so excited and i think i scared them a little cause i was so pumped they could serve in santa cruz! So keep an eye out for them.

Tuesday : We went to the temple again and it was AMAZING. Especially because on the bus ride back, the driver played REAL music. I didn't realize how much i missed it! It was mostly country...but i'll take what i can get here.

Thursday : We met with a girl named Aubrie and taught her about the love Jesus Christ has for her. As we taught her, the spirit was so powerful and testified to all of us the truthfulness that He loves us all. The spirit is the power of God that we can feel and it teaches, comforts and guides us.

Sorry, this is uneventful! Next week will be more exciting cause i'll be in FLORIDA!

2 Samuel 22 : 33

" God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect."

God loves ALL of us! And He wants to help all of us through this life! I know that if you pray and ask Him for help He will support you and He will show you how much He loves you!
